Annual accounting
Preliminary trial balances
are prepared from cashbooks and other documentation provided,
whereafter final adjusting entries such as depreciation and
financial interest are calculated and processed.
Annual Financial Statements
The various investment vehicles such as companies, close
corporations and trusts, have a variety of reporting and
disclosure requirements. Annual Financial Statements are
prepared that meet all such requirements relevant to the
specific vehicle.
Payroll maintenance
Payroll maintenance includes the calculation of monthly or
weekly salaries, together with the calculation of all
statutory and other deductions. Monthly reports include
payslips, payment listings and payroll reconciliation’s for
integration to general ledgers. Annual reports include IRP 5
certificates and reconciliation’s.
